As part of a series of events in the Bridging the Gap research project we’re delighted to announce another workshop. This one will focus on collaboration and co-produced research in Modern Languages. On the 9th June, at the University of Bath we will be bringing researchers and their partners together with funders and wider regional stakeholders to discuss the ‘state of the art’ and future strategy.
Modern Languages researchers in the Great West are currently working with hugely diverse partners both locally and internationally. These partnerships deliver a vast array of benefits alongside language research, from improving translation in health service, to innovating digital media, and providing new interpretation for local heritage. This event will be an opportunity to get insight into the full spectrum of collaborative research, to identify future opportunities, to network for new partners, and to help develop a regional strategy. For more details please see the attached outline of the event. For more details please follow the link below.
If you would like to join us please register with eventbrite here. We would also appreciate if you could submit a brief bio and summary of interest in the event (approx 200 words) to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to facilitate grouping activities on the day.
